Inner Development
Why
‘An unexamined life is not worth living’ – Socrates
The most important relationship in our life is the one to ourselves. So why not live it genuinely, so that we can enjoy meaningful and warmhearted relationships based on realness? As we grow up, we get ‘clothed’ by societal, cultural and familial norms to fit into our environment and thrive in it. But as adults, we have the opportunity to re-evaluate, if these clothes are still fitting us. Who are we underneath? What makes us really us? How do we want to show up to live our most fulfilling life? What clothes, i.e. what values, behaviours, belief systems, fit us better? Within the answers of these questions lies this life worth living.
By using the tools of introspection, awareness and contemplation derived from Buddhist philosophy I Take you on a journey of inner exploration, which takes honesty, courage and commitment to arrive at the most rewarding destination imaginable – your true self. A deep dive into the different steps of The GRID – Growth, Responsibility, Integrity and Diversity – opens the door to imagining, uncovering and eventually embodying our true potential.
